FINAL CHANGES (sf increased to about 1491 sf [without sunroom])
1) Will use ALTERNATE Garage Service Door location.
2) Width of LIVING ROOM will be reduced to 14-0 and the MASTER BR will be increased to 11-8 by moving the separating wall 8". This will save drywall and other materials cost. 3 closets to be adjusted accordingly.
3) Foundation wall around Porch area to be 10", increased from 8" to allow more joist bearing surface (see foundation plan under "Contractor Bid" tab).
