Carport / Shed

The shed and (Karmann Ghia sized) carport will be located just west of the attached garage (see Satellite View).  A custom plan, similar to this Menard's plan will be designed:

Differences as follows:

Overall size: 18x36 - 10' shed section
Carport bays of 14' and 8' (open bays)
Stud wall construction - 8' ceiling
5/12 std trusses
7x7 overhead door

Slab approximately 4-6" below top of foundation wall, with open pit areas 36" from back wall, centered in respective door openings.  4" curb for inside wall to be level with top of foundation.
